The Arc de Triomphe, located on Place Charles-de-Gaulle at the western end of the Champs-Élysées, is one of Paris’s most iconic monuments.
Commissioned by Napoleon I in the early 19th century, it honors French soldiers and houses the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Its panoramic terrace offers impressive views over the city’s major avenues.
